Ella is a yoga and breath facilitator who teaches a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Mandala, and Yin. Yoga and its philosophy play a central role in her life, fostering grounding, self‑expression, and gratitude. She believes that creating space for inner awareness, self‑exploration, and connection unlocks our potential and expands our capacity both on and off the mat.


Her classes are playful, dynamic and intuitive while also allowing space for stillness and rest. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are—letting go of judgment and expectation—and to leave feeling lighter, softer, and more focused.
