Reiki 1st Degree Training

Experience the transformative power of Reiki through our comprehensive 1st Degree Training. Developed by Dr. Usui, this training is structured in three distinct stages to honour the traditional system. At this level, we focus on introducing you to the history and principles of Reiki, as well as the chakra system. Through four atunements, we activate the Reiki energy within you, gradually opening up your physical body to channel greater quantities of life force energy.

During the training, you will learn how to perform a Reiki treatment, starting with self-healing techniques and then progressing to treating others. Our experiential approach allows you to feel the energy moving and flowing through your body, deepening your connect on to the practice. We provide hands-on practice and guidance to ensure you develop the skills and confidence to become a Reiki practitioner.

After the training, we encourage you to give yourself an hourly treatment each day for the first four weeks. This helps integrate the Reiki energy into your body and supports the release of any dense energy that no longer serves you. It is a vital step in your journey towards mastering Reiki.

Please note that there is a six-month waiting period between the 1st Degree and the 2nd Degree. This allows your body to adjust to the fine tuning that occurs during the initiation, which can lead to inner cleansing on various levels – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

We believe this waiting period is essential, especially for individuals with personal issues or illness, as it gives your body the necessary me to adapt to the profound and sometimes dramatic changes that Reiki can bring.

Reiki 2nd Degree Training

In the second level of Reiki training, practitioners undergo an enhanced attunement process, receiving a total of four attunements. Unlike the first level, where the focus was primarily on the physical body, the energy attunement in the second degree is greatly amplified, directing its attention towards the ethereal body. For those familiar with the human energy system, it is known that the vibrations of the ethereal body surpass the denser energies of the physical body. As a result of this intensified attunement, students often develop a heightened sensitivity to energy and a deeper connection with their physical selves.

Throughout the second degree, participants are introduced to three powerful energy keys, also known as symbols. These symbols serve as focal points, enabling practitioners to strengthen their abilities in mental and emotional healing, as well as in sending healing energy to those who are physically absent. Understanding and utilizing these symbols becomes a significant aspect of this training level. Students are encouraged to not only use the symbols, but also experience their impact on their own well-being.

Various techniques are taught during this degree to help practitioners harness the power of the symbols. These techniques include focusing energy to release emotional and mental blockages, as well as honing the ability to send Reiki energy beyond the constraints of time and space, resulting in effective absentee healing. Furthermore, great emphasis is placed on recognizing the profound influence that symbolism can have on the unconscious mind.

Students learn to understand the language of symbols and their transformative effects. The three sacred symbols employed in this level were discovered by Dr. Usui during extensive research. Due to their esoteric nature, Reiki students are cautioned to treat them with reverence and to refrain from disclosing them to individuals who have not undergone the Reiki initiation process. By maintaining the sacred nature of these symbols, practitioners are able to deepen their connection with them and fully honour their significance.

Reiki 3rd Degree Training

In the third degree of Reiki training, also known as the Reiki Master level, practitioners undergo a profound transformation. This level is typically taught in small group settings, allowing for focused attention and guidance. Similar to the previous levels, four additional attunements are received, further amplifying the practitioner’s connection to the universal life force energy.

In addition to the attunements, two more symbols are passed down to the Reiki Master: the master symbol and a symbol that serves to seal and stabilize all other symbols. While some Reiki schools divide this level into an Advanced Degree and a Teacher Degree, our lineage combines all aspects of the Master Degree into one intensive course. This initiation acts as a gateway to our inner selves, propelling us into the next stage of our personal evolution. It is a calling for those who seek wholeness by fully accepting and taking responsibility for their entire being.

Before embarking on the Master Degree, it is crucial to have a minimum of twelve months of experience in Reiki practice. Familiarity with the chakra system and a deep understanding of spiritual matters are also necessary. Furthermore, a strong commitment to regular Reiki practice and a desire to share knowledge and experiences with others are essential qualities.
