Our circuits classes typically consists of 6-12 different exercises performed in sequence, with short rest periods between each station. Exercises can include bodyweight movements, resistance training, free weights, and cardiovascular activities. You move from one station to the next, completing each exercise for a set time (usually 20–90 seconds) with a short break between each circuit – intermediate level but can be tailored for beginners by our instructors

This 45-minute class combines strength, endurance, and bodyweight exercises to help build lower-body strength, improve fitness, and boost confidence. These sessions are for mums and babies aged around 6 weeks to pre-crawling and take place on the last Thursday of each month. There’s no pressure, no expectations and nothing you need to prepare for. Just time to arrive as you are and be together.

We’ll spend time resting with gentle sounds and calming instruments, helping to create a soothing environment for both mum and baby. Babies are welcome to be exactly as they are, feeding, wriggling, sleeping or crying. Whatever they need in that moment is completely okay.

Over the four weeks, I’ll guide you through a full body massage routine, building it up gradually so it feels simple and easy to follow. By the end, you’ll have something you can take home and use in your own time, in a way that works for you and your baby.

Baby massage is a really lovely way to connect. It creates those quiet moments of eye contact, touch and presence, and can also help with things like digestion, wind and colic.
The sessions are completely baby-led. There’s no expectation for your baby to be settled or still. Feeding, changing, cuddles, all welcome.
