Hi, I’m Emily,

My work is rooted in my own lived experience of survival mode, self-abandonment and the long, honest journey back to myself.

I offer one-to-one sessions for women who are exhausted from carrying too much for too long, who feel stuck, disconnected or like something needs to change but can’t quite name what. Women who have spent years putting everyone else first and are finally ready to come back to themselves.

My sessions combine reiki, intuitive guidance, nervous system awareness, gentle movement and self expression. Each session is led by what you actually need on the day rather than a rigid structure.

I also offer a free daily companion app, Rekindle Reset, for support between sessions or as a simple starting point if you’re not quite ready for in-person work yet.

I see you. I know you. I am you. You are worth this. Even if nobody has ever told you that before. You are my community. You are my people. And I’m here for you. Reach out whenever you’re ready.
