Julia (Jules) is a Hatha Yoga Practitioner and firm believer in the power of yoga to transform the mind, body and soul. Having originally taken up yoga to help with back pain caused by scoliosis, Jules realised an even more powerful benefit of yoga – it’s ability to alleviate her lifelong anxiety.
After practicing consistently, Jules watched in awe as her habitual overthinking was transformed into mental clarity and a sense of groundedness. She knew she had to share the benefits of yoga with others, and that is where her teaching journey began.

Jules believes in a gentle approach to healing – in the transformative power of the journey to transform us, rather than the destination itself. As such, her classes focus on breath and body awareness and her sequences flow gently, promoting a sense of groundedness through movement.

Hatha yoga postures and sequences are designed intentionally to help allow energy, or prana, to flow more freely from the body. It helps to release stagnant energy and facilitates alignment of mind, body and spirit. In addition to its mental benefits, the postures are designed to help with common troubles such as neck and back pain, tight hip flexors and hamstrings, balance and general flexibility. Perfect for those who sit at a desk most days, and those who don’t. All are welcome.
