Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice – all levels
Circuits Class
Our circuits classes typically consists of 6-12 different exercises performed in sequence, with short rest periods between each station. Exercises can include bodyweight movements, resistance training, free weights, and cardiovascular activities. You move from one station to the next, completing each exercise for a set time (usually 20–90 seconds) with a short break between each circuit – intermediate level but can be tailored for beginners by our instructors
Sound Bath
A 90 minute relaxation and meditation. Read more on the link above – Suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. You’ll be lying down relaxing the entire time
