Background
I am a BASRaT Graduate Sport Rehabilitator (GSR) and BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitator, having graduated from the University of Greater Manchester in 2026. I am also a qualified Level 3 Massage Therapist, with over 700 hours of hands-on clinical, sporting and community experience.
Throughout my training and professional development, I have gained experience working with a wide range of people, including athletes, older adults, clinical populations and members of the community. My experience includes supporting injury management, rehabilitation, recovery and general wellbeing, while adapting my approach to the individual.
I have gained experience across a variety of sporting environments, including working with wheelchair para-athletes and professional players in the British Touring Car Championship, as well as wheelchair tennis, football, rugby league, running events and other sporting environments.
Alongside my sporting experience, I have developed my clinical and community experience through placements and volunteering with SPARC Clinic, Prehab4Cancer, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Heathlands Village and Age UK.
Aims as a Practitioner
My aim is to help people feel better, move better and get back to doing the things they enjoy. I believe treatment should be individualised and based around each person’s needs, goals and presentation. Whether you are recovering from an injury, experiencing muscle tension, returning to exercise or simply looking after your body, I want you to feel listened to, comfortable and supported throughout your treatment.
I combine my knowledge of sports rehabilitation with hands-on massage therapy to support recovery, movement and overall wellbeing.
What to Expect
Every treatment is adapted to you and your individual needs. I use a range of techniques, including sports, Swedish and deep tissue massage, alongside my knowledge of anatomy and injury management.
My experience across clinical, sporting and community settings has helped me develop a professional, adaptable and person-centred approach. I understand that everyone is different, so communication and listening are an important part of every session.
Whether your goal is to support recovery, manage muscular tension, prepare for activity or return to sport, my aim is to provide treatment that is appropriate to you and your individual goals.
